Ademola Somorin

Ademola Somorin has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over a decade. Ademola started their career as a Human Resources Officer at Great Brands Nigeria Ltd. in 2010, where they worked until 2011. At Zenith Bank Plc, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner for nine years, from 2011 to 2020. During this time, they collaborated with various business lines to develop and implement effective business and HR strategies. Ademola also analyzed trends and metrics, developed solutions and policies, and resolved complex employee relation issues.
