Chinenye Tony-Chidolue, MSc has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Chinenye began their career as a Service Manager at Bank PHB Plc from February 2006 to September 2009. Chinenye then joined HM Revenue & Customs as a Customer Experience Analyst from March 2010 to April 2011. Chinenye went on to work at Resourcery Plc as a Learning and Development Specialist from December 2013 to November 2014.

In 2014, Chinenye joined Interswitch Group, where they held various roles within the human resources department. Chinenye started as an HR Business Partner from December 2014 to July 2017. Chinenye then became the Head of HR Shared Services from July 2017 to March 2019. Following this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from March 2019 to May 2020. Currently, Chinenye is the Group Head of Organizational Development at Interswitch Group, a position they have held since May 2020.

Chinenye Tony-Chidolue, MSc earned a Master's Degree in International Business with Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Dundee in 2009-2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology at Abia State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chinenye Tony-Chidolue has obtained several certifications, including the Guide Chart Job Evaluation Method from Korn Ferry in July 2019, the Leadership Development and Succession Strategist Certification (LDSS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in February 2019, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Go-Lean-Six Training & Consulting in December 2017.
