Jon Holmes

Jon has over 20 years' experience of leading strategic change, delivering operational excellence and building high performing teams.

Jon's most recent role was as Finance and Strategy Director at Virgin Holidays, where he led teams of up to 200. During his ten years with Virgin, Jon helped the company achieve record profits, supported the opening of over 100 new retail stores and facilitated the replacement of all major systems.

Prior to this, he worked as head of finance at TUI Travel, and from 1998 to 2004 was employed in a variety of roles at Avios, British Airways Plc, culminating in head of finance.

After gaining a First Class degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, Jon trained with PWC and KPMG qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2012.
