Ana Clara Yunes

Ana Clara Yunes has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2014. Ana Clara started as a Foreign Language Technician at CNA, and then moved on to become a Volunteer at Fundação Iochpe in 2016. That same year, they were an Intern in Human Resources at Eaton. From 2015-2016, they were an Assistant Coordinator of the Steinbeis University in Brazil at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE). In 2019, they became a Consultant and Recruitment Expert in Human Resources and Accountancy & Finance at Hays. In 2020, they began working as a Clinical Psychologist at Psicomorfose, providing online clinical services and sharing knowledge on self-esteem and the job market through courses, workshops, lives, and IGTVs. In 2021, they took on two roles, Talent Acquisition for Rappi Turbo and Talent Acquisition BR at Rappi, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates from scratch, participating in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing PwD candidates, and consulting with hiring managers to find the best talent for their teams. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Inventa.

Ana Clara Yunes has a Bachelor and Licentiate degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. Ana Clara also has several certifications, including "Become a Tech Recruiter" from LinkedIn, obtained in August 2022, "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise" and "Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact" from LinkedIn, both obtained in May 2022, and a Master English Certificate from SSP SP.
