Marina Prado Brocchi

Marina Prado Brocchi has a long and varied work experience. Marina started their career in 2008 as an English Teacher for Fisk Centro de Ensino. In 2009, they became a Human Resources Intern for Freescale Semicontudores do Brazil Ltda. In 2011, they moved to Manpower as a Human Resources Analyst. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Consultant LATAM for Hunter Consulting Group. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Analyst for INVISTA. In 2015, they moved to SELF - Especialidades em Psicologia as a Career Counselor and Management. In 2017, they became a People and Culture Analyst for Kärcher Brasil. In 2018, they moved to Dextra as a People Partner Lead. In 2021, they became a Senior Tech People Partner for Nuvemshop. Most recently in 2022, they became a People Partner Lead for Inventa.

Marina Prado Brocchi attained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology - Focused on Work and Organizational Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas between 2006 and 2010. Subsequently, they completed a Post-Graduation in Human Potential and Skills Development Specialist from the same university in 2012-2013. Marina then earned a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas between 2018 and 2020. Most recently, they attended Escola Conquer in 2021 to pursue Team Leadership.
