Luisa Reyes

Luisa Reyes began their career in 2020 as a Clinical Psychology Intern at CLINICA LA INMACULADA. In 2021, they joined Inventa as an early employee, taking on the role of Human Resources Analyst and then Human Resources Business Partner. As an HR Analyst, Reyes was responsible for the successful recruitment and selection of the vast majority of Inventa's employees from its launch in March 2021 to November 2021, scheduling approximately 25 weekly interviews for the sales department, and handling end-to-end admissions for all BR and LATAM. As an HR Business Partner, Reyes was responsible for hiring and managing the entire cycle of talent acquisition for the corporate area, monitoring and responding to each area's needs, and creating and conducting multiple hiring dynamics for the Ops and CS areas.

Luisa Reyes earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad del Rosario in 2020, having started their studies in 2015. In 2019, they completed an Academic Exchange at Universidad de Salamanca in the field of Clinical Psychology.
