Rafael Martins de Araujo

Rafael Martins de Araujo has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at LTI Laboratório de Técnicas Inteligentes in 2010. Rafael then worked as an Intern, Consultant, and Senior Consultant for Booz & Company from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Strategic Planning Manager for GRUPO SBF and an MBA Candidate at Kellogg School of Management. In 2016, they were a Summer Intern at Banco Itaú. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as an Associate, Engagement Manager, and Associate Partner for McKinsey & Company. Currently, they are the Head of Sales for Inventa.

Rafael Martins de Araujo attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
