Hilmer Rivera

Hilmer Rivera has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Their most recent position was as Vice President, IoT Global Software Solutions at InVue, where they were responsible for leading the software solutions business and driving product vision and strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Global General Manager, Software Solutions at Honeywell, where they developed and commercialized data-enabled products and services.

Rivera also had significant roles at Globant, Univision Communications Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Zebra Technologies. At Globant, they were the VP of New Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, leading a team in providing IT services and executing strategies for revenue growth and customer experience improvement. At Univision Communications Inc., they held the positions of VP, Enterprise Growth Initiatives and Sr. Director, Enterprise Development, where they focused on growth strategies, software solutions development, and strategic partnerships.

During their time at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Rivera held the positions of GBU Global Head of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances and Sr. Manager, Global Strategic Partnerships & Alliances – WW Enterprise Business Development.
