Christian Schlosser

Christian Schlosser has extensive experience in the financial software and data industry. Christian worked as a Global Program Director at ION Group, managing a transformation project portfolio in the energy and financial services sector. Christian then transferred to Openlink Financial, another subsidiary of ION Group, as a Program Director for tech-enabled trading, risk management, and finance transformation. Prior to that, Christian worked at Lab49, another company within the ION Group, as a Principal Program Manager specializing in technology strategy and data transformations. Christian also has experience as a Management Consulting Engagement Manager at EY, where they focused on agile and waterfall project delivery, financial system transformation, and digital product innovation. Christian's previous roles include working as a Management Consultant at Adweko Consulting Group, a Fintech Functional Banking Analyst at Axxiome Group, and a Project Management Intern at Sparkassenverband. Additionally, they have volunteered at The Great Orang Utan Rehabilitation Project and participated in an Expedition to East Greenland with Red Bull. Christian is also a certified SAP ERP consultant.

Christian Schlosser has a diverse education history. Christian completed a Master of Science in International Political Economy with a specialization in Monetary & Fiscal Policy at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Strategic Management from Macquarie University from 2008 to 2011. During their studies, they also completed an exchange semester at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, focusing on Finance and Economics in 2011. Christian further pursued a Global Leadership Program and conducted field research in China at Macquarie University in 2008-2011. In terms of additional certifications, Christian obtained various qualifications, including a Macquarie Global Leadership Program - Undergraduate with Merit in 2022, as well as certifications in Design Thinking, Business of Banking Simulation, and Blockchain Foundation for Developers among others.
