Amanda Ruane

Amanda Ruane has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on global and senior leadership roles. Amanda began their career at NETSCOUT as the Director of HR for the EMEA and APAC regions, where they worked from December 2015 to July 2018. Amanda then joined Amazon Web Services as a Senior HR Leader for InfraOps Dublin from August 2018 to July 2019. Amanda's next role was at Amazon, where they served as a Senior HR Leader for Central Finance Teams in the EU from August 2019 to July 2020. Currently, they are the Global VP of Human Resources for Consumer Packaging at IPL Innovative Packaging Leaders, a position they have held since July 2020.

Amanda Ruane holds a Diploma in Employment Law from Dublin Business School. Amanda also obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from National College of Ireland. Amanda's education history also includes a Bachelor's degree from University College Dublin. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also completed a certification course on "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" from LinkedIn in 2019.
