Nick Dillon

Nick Dillon MSc, PGDip, BScEcon has an extensive and diverse work experience in the medical field. Nick currently serves as the Global Operations Manager at Iqarus, where they oversee the operations of 20 medical projects in Africa and Afghanistan. In this role, they are responsible for managing over 400 clinical staff and maintaining relationships with government clients while also focusing on new business development.

Prior to their current position, Dillon worked as the Regional Operations Manager for Africa at Iqarus, where they managed complex medical projects across the region and Afghanistan. Nick reported directly to the executive team and ensured the performance, welfare, and security of the clinical staff.

Dillon also has experience in project management, as they served as the Project Manager for OSCE Ukraine. In this role, they successfully deployed and mobilized 40 international medical professionals to support the OSCE diplomatic mission in Ukraine. Nick effectively managed staff, budgets, operations, and client relationships.

Additionally, Dillon has worked as an Associate Lecturer in Remote Medicine at Robert Gordon University. Nick has also served as a Paramedic Practitioner at Locum Medics, where they gained practical experience in the field.

Furthermore, Dillon has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the Founder of Evolved Monitors, a start-up focused on developing disruptive medical monitoring solutions.
