Francesca Shamis

Francesca Shamis, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as a Technical Product Owner in Engineering at ISC (Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC) since November 2022. Francesca previously held the position of Senior Business Systems Analyst at BTIS from February 2019 to November 2022 and at Health Net Federal Services from June 2015 to February 2019. Earlier in the career, Francesca worked as a Health Care Analyst for Centene Corporation. Francesca holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Informatics from Northeastern University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis (2006-2010).
