Dieter Thompson

Dieter Thompson has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, starting with their role as a Branch Manager at AT&T from 1988 to 1990. Dieter then worked as an Associate Account Executive at AT&T from 1990 to 1998, where they led pricing and negotiation for acquiring enterprise targets. In 1998, Thompson joined the International Mercantile Company (Intermerc) in a finance role. Dieter then founded their own consulting company called Thompson Advisory Group LLC (TAG) in 2001, where they focused on procurement and vendor management in the telecommunications arena. From 2005 to 2007, Thompson worked as the Vice President of Network Sales and Advisory Services at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). Dieter then joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Vice President from 2007 to 2009. Thompson then moved to Alsbridge in 2009 as the President of Network Advisory Services until 2013 when they were promoted to President of the company. Most recently, Thompson has been working at ISG (Information Services Group) since 2016 as the President of Global Network and Software Services. Overall, Thompson has held various leadership positions throughout their career, demonstrating their expertise in the telecommunications industry.
