Wendy Ramos

Wendy Ramos currently serves as the Chief People Officer at ISI Professional Services and Managing Director of The Leadership & Coaching Center since September 2021. Wendy also holds the position of Executive Coach at The Advocacy Group, specializing in coaching senior-level executives in both the private and non-profit sectors while providing consulting on organizational and management development. Previously, Wendy was a Client Advisor at Libertas from 2018 to 2020, focusing on funding for small and medium-sized businesses. At Noble Group, Wendy had a progressive career from 1997 to 2018, culminating as Global Head of Oil Liquids Chartering, with responsibilities that included managing operations and a significant team within the Oil Liquids Platform. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Towson University and further education from William James College.
