Xindy M.

Xindy M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 with Anglo American, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2011, they joined Multiservicios AFD as a Human Resources Specialist. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Full-Time Graduate Student at Hult International Business School, earning their Master in International Business. In 2013, they became a Human Resources Generalist at VPNE Parking Solutions. In 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner (FTC) at Azienda. In 2015, Xindy M. worked as an International HR Consultant on a freelance, self-employed basis, as well as an HR Generalist at FBK CREATE-NET. In 2018, they were a Senior HR/People Services Advisor at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection. From 2019 to 2021, they were Head of Talent at Xpress Vehicle Solutions, and is currently a Human Resources Manager at iSize Technologies - Enhancing Video Streaming With Advanced Machine Learning.

Xindy M. is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Oxford Brookes University. Xindy is also enrolled in a Master's degree program in International Business at Hult International Business School. Previously, Xindy earned a Bachelor's degree in Labour and Industrial Relations from Universidad de Carabobo. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from CIPD Qualifications: Assoc CIPD Level 7 and Chartered MCIPD.
