Michele Gerow

Michele Gerow has a diverse and extensive work experience.

Michele is currently a Member at Chief, a position they have held since July 2022.

Prior to this, Michele was at isolved from 2017 to 2020, where they held multiple roles, including SVP of Strategic Operations, M&A and COO HCM Direct. Michele was responsible for overseeing strategic operations and HRIS Implementations.

From 2013 to 2017, Michele worked at American Blue Ribbon Holdings as Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Director of HRIS. Michele played a key role in talent management, labor management, and implementing HR systems and processes.

Before joining American Blue Ribbon Holdings, Michele was a Director of HRIS at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Michele managed the implementation of a new HRIS system for a large number of employees.

Michele's career started at Michelin in 2005, where they held the position of Senior Information Manager and Enterprise Architect for Personnel. Michele designed global HR system architecture and implemented software solutions to reduce costs.

Michele has also had roles at SunTrust Bank, where they were responsible for project management and implementation, and as an Independent Consultant, where they worked on various HR system design projects.

Michele's earlier experience includes roles at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Equifax, where they gained expertise in project management and business analysis.

Michele Gerow holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Georgia State University, which they completed from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Clemson University, which they completed from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Michele has acquired various certifications, including "Communicating Across Cultures," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Unconscious Bias," all obtained from LinkedIn in 2020.
