Kelly O'Donnell

Kelly O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelly began their career in 2001 as an Information Systems Technician in the United States Navy, where they served for four years. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Server and Shift Captain at Bahama Breeze from 2005 to 2008.

In 2007, Kelly joined the Knowles Science Teaching Foundation as a Data and Technology Manager until 2010. Kelly then transitioned to Ancero, where they held roles as NOC/Helpdesk Technician from 2011 to 2013, and later as Systems Technician Manager from 2013 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2021, Kelly worked at Apex IT Group, which was eventually acquired by Thrive. Kelly held positions such as Service Desk Coordinator, Service Desk Team Lead, and Manager of Compliance, Data & Process.

After the acquisition, Kelly moved to Thrive and worked as a Manager of Compliance, Data & Process until 2021. During their time there, they also served as an Analyst, Cloud Operations, responsible for operational analysis and process improvements for the Cloud Services team. Kelly worked with various tools and platforms such as Service Now, Ingram Micro, Net App virtual desktop service, and Citrix Licensing Manager.

Currently, Kelly is employed at IT Solutions Consulting as a Service Delivery Manager, a role they started in 2022.

Kelly O'Donnell's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Camden County College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in social science in 1999. Kelly then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Rutgers University - Camden from 2004 to 2006.

In 2007, Kelly returned to Camden County College to study Computer Systems Technology and earned a certificate in this field in 2010. Afterward, they obtained several certifications related to their career, including A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications from CompTIA in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Kelly also received certifications as a Datto Technical Specialist I and II from Datto, Inc. in 2017 and a HDI Desktop Support Technician certification in 2018.

More recently, in 2021 and 2022, Kelly enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they pursued a certificate in Health and Wellness, General. Kelly also obtained the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification from the same institution in May 2022.

It is worth noting that Kelly has obtained additional certifications, such as the Business Analysis Foundations certification from LinkedIn in 2020.
