Jessica Creiglow

Jessica Creiglow has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica'smost recent role is as a Web Helpdesk and Customer Support Analyst at ITCON Services, where they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the First Church of Christ, Sandwich as an Administrative Manager & Marketing Assistant from January 2022 to October 2022.

Jessica also worked as a Jr. Web Developer at LMD from April 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they were a Tutor at Little Lights Urban Ministries from November 2017 to April 2019. Jessica also had a brief stint as an Interim City Director at CSM in June 2018.

Jessica has significant experience working at CSM, where they held multiple roles. Jessica was a City Director in Washington DC from January 2016 to March 2017, an Associate City Director in Washington DC from May 2015 to January 2016, and an Associate City Director in Boston from November 2012 to May 2015. In these roles, they coordinated short-term mission trips for church and school groups, managed intern teams, resolved conflicts, and created service schedules.

Before their time at CSM, Jessica worked as a Docketing Assistant at Mintz Levin in September 2012, a Clinical and Medical Affairs Administrative Assistant at Organogenesis from July 2011 to August 2012, and a Sixth Grade English and Language Arts Teacher at Carroll County School District from June 2010 to May 2011.

Jessica started their career as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Receptionist at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals from January 2009 to May 2010 and from April 2008 to December 2008, respectively.

Jessica Creiglow attended The George Washington University - College of Professional Studies in 2018, where they completed a Full Stack Web Development Coding Bootcamp. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and European History from Suffolk University between 2004 and 2007. In January 2020, they obtained the Acquia Certified Site Builder - Drupal 8 certification from Acquia.
