Tomasz Jelonek

Tomasz Jelonek has extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing and logistics industry. Tomasz is currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at ITG Brands. Prior to this, they worked as the Factory Manager at Lao Tobacco Limited and as the Supply Chain & Production Manager at Skruf Snus AB. Tomasz also held multiple positions at Imperial Tobacco, including Proxy, Logistics Manager, and Soft Facility Management Business Partner. Additionally, they worked at Altadis as the Warehousing & Logistic Flows Manager, Production and TPM Projects Coordinator, Total Productive Maintenance Project Coordinator, Quality Management Coordinator, and Junior Project Coordinator. Throughout their career, Tomasz has gained expertise in team management, project coordination, budget management, quality control, and lean manufacturing.

Tomasz Jelonek has a strong education history. Tomasz obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Radomska im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego in 2004. Tomasz then pursued Optional Study in Pedagogical from the same institution from 2004 to 2006. In 2008, they enrolled in Postgraduate Studies in Academy of Management - Modern Practice Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Tomasz later completed Postgraduate Studies in Practical Social Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, in 2016-2017, Tomasz pursued MITx MicroMaster's Credential in Supply Chain Management from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Lean Yellow Belt Certificate, Operations Excellence Certificate - Intermediate, and Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007.
