Sharron Wild

Sharron Wild has over 20 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Sharron is currently serving as Head of People and Projects at Itoc, where they manage project lifecycles, validates requirements, develops project governance plans, and ensures successful project delivery. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Digital Program Manager at Tal Life, where they delivered various initiatives and supported customers in developing change management frameworks. Sharron also held positions at Optus as a Portfolio Manager, Senior Technical Project Manager, and Off-Shore IT Manager. Sharron has experience in technical project management and web production, having worked at Axe Group Pty Ltd and Computer Sciences Corporation. Sharron began their career as a Web Developer at Optus Pty Ltd.

Sharron Wild's education history includes obtaining a Six Sigma Green belt certification from Monash University in 2009 and completing a Certificate 4 Design & New Media from TAFE NSW from 1998 to 2000. In 2015, Sharron also received a Prosci Change Management certification from Being Human.
