Tom Usher

Tom Usher's work experience starts in 2011 as a Team Leader at ASAP Marketing (DBA Energy Australia), where they were responsible for sales support, recruiting, training, and managing staff. Tom then worked as a Business and Apple Specialist at Suntel Communications, providing technical support, completing business specialist training, and negotiating with customers.

In 2013, Tom joined Optus as a Sales Consultant, where they handled store management, trained staff, resolved customer escalations, and led dispute resolution.

From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Red Bull as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, at Apple as a Product Specialist, Business Expert, and Business Pro, and at Prometheus Group as a Senior Account Manager.

Currently, they are working at Itoc as an Account Executive, with previous roles including Account Executive and Business and Market Development Lead.

Tom Usher attended South Grafton High School from 2003 to 2008 and obtained a high school diploma. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Griffith University, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business/Management.
