Denis Boulianne

EVP, Legal Affairs, General Counsel & Secretary at Ivanhoé Cambridge

Denis Boulianne leads all Legal Affairs activities at Ivanhoé Cambridge, including supporting investment teams in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, partnerships and development projects, as well as operations related to managed assets live. He is also the head of the corporate and compliance team, and he is secretary of the board of directors of Ivanhoé Cambridge Inc.

Mr. Boulianne has worked in the field of legal affairs for more than 20 years. He joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in September 2007. Previously, he practiced law with Fasken Martineau in Toronto and Shearman & Sterling in Paris, before joining Boston Scientific in Paris. . During his career, Mr. Boulianne has acquired extensive transactional expertise that has enabled him to play a key role in several major transactions carried out within business units.

Mr. Boulianne holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a double degree in civil law and common law (BCL/LL.B.) from McGill University, and a master's degree in international law from Aix-Marseille University in France. He is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Ontario Bar and the New York Bar.
