Simon Lauzier

Simon Lauzier joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2017 as Vice President, Financing and Capital Markets, then Senior Vice President, Investment Optimization and Capital Markets. Mr. Lauzier has over 20 years of experience in real estate and has held several roles in investment, financing and asset management in North America and Europe. Most recently, Mr. Lauzier was based in London as Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions – Europe after a long international career at GE Capital. Mr. Lauzier also worked at HSBC in investment banking and holds the CFA designation.
