Andrzej Ochej has extensive work experience in the field of software development and implementation. Andrzej currently holds the position of Head of Software Development Site at IVU Traffic Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wyższe Szkoły Bankowe from May 2020 to September 2022 as the Head of Software Development and Implementation, as well as a Board Member of Consortium SOTS. Before that, they served as the Group CIO at Inteco Business Solution sp z oo - Amica Group from March 2009 to December 2019. Andrzej also gained valuable experience at Amica Wronki SA, where they held various roles including Director of IT from January 2005 to February 2009, IT Manager from January 2003 to December 2004, and SAP implementation specialist from August 1997 to May 2003.
Andrzej Ochej completed their education at Poznan University of Technology from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Masters in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. In 2020, they achieved the AgilePM Agile Project Management Foundation certification from APMG International. Andrzej further expanded their knowledge and skills in 2021 by obtaining the AgilePM Agile Project Management Practitioner certification, also from APMG International.
