Serena Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Serena started their career as a Media Planner & Buyer at Francine Vasquez Media Consulting, where they gained experience in negotiating with TV, print, and radio sales representatives. Serena then moved on to PRR as a Media Director, overseeing media planning and buying decisions for advertising campaigns. Serena later joined Bond Street Group as a Marketing & Business Development Director, promoting recruitment services to law firms and building relationships with hiring agencies and financial institutions. Serena then worked at the American Arbitration Association as the Vice President of Business Development & Training, where they managed the Seattle regional office and organized education and training programs on alternative dispute resolution. Serena also served as Of Counsel at Gleam Law, PLLC, specializing in alternative dispute resolution and providing counsel on mediation and arbitration procedures. Serena then transitioned to Keller Williams Realty as a Commercial & Residential Realtor before rejoining the American Arbitration Association as Vice President, responsible for managing the San Francisco and Seattle regional offices and overseeing complex commercial arbitrations. Most recently, Serena joined JAMS as the Vice President of Operations.

Serena Lee completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in law/Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the Cardozo School of Law, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Washington, where they studied Communications and Political Science. Serena Lee completed their high school education at Ephrata High School.
