Joe Candella

Joe Candella currently serves as the Night Operations Manager at JANCOA Janitorial Services Inc., a position held since January 2015. In this role, Joe oversees and trains managers and supervisors, managing 15 area managers, 80 supervisors, and over 400 hourly employees who provide janitorial services to more than 160 Class A office buildings in the Greater Cincinnati area. Prior to this, Joe worked at JANCOA from 2002 to 2011 as a Dream Manager, where responsibilities included coaching employees to achieve their personal and professional dreams. Additionally, Joe served as an Employee Coach/Retention Specialist, acting as a liaison between the CEO and employees, contributing to changes in corporate culture and developing an employee engagement program. Earlier experience includes working as a Loan Administrator at Third Federal Savings from 1998 to 2002, where Joe gained expertise in financial assessment and mortgage processing. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Management from Wilmington University.
