Terri Dovidio has been in the construction and dredging industry since 1989. Terri began their career as a Field Administrator with Modern Continental Construction, where they maintained records on Boston's Central Artery/Big Dig construction projects, maintained heavy telephone contact with main office, subcontractors, and vendors, and completed certified payroll for all union personnel. From 1995 to 2000, Terri worked as a Project Coordinator for Corcoran Jennison Construction Company, LLC, where they assisted Project Managers in maintaining accurate and up to date records, typed all Contracts, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders, and managed correspondence with Owners and Subcontractors. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a Project Coordinator for Needham Electric Supply, where they developed and maintained a complete and accurate stored file for each National Account Customer, entered customers' orders into Eclipse management software system accurately and on time, and assisted project managers in all aspects of customer service as required. From 2009 to 2011, Terri worked as an Audit Analyst for Ahold USA, where they researched and responded to Union Personnel concerning contribution payments, labor relations and benefits, and verified and calculated contributions where appropriate. Terri is currently a Front Desk Manager / Project Administrator / Accounts Payable for Jay Cashman, Inc., where they support the leading global construction and dredging firm with management of 'front desk concierge' services including guest reception, communication system management and response, scheduling, and multi-tasking under pressure in this fast-paced environment. Terri utilizes excellent written and verbal communications, the ability to understand the importance of confidentiality, and grace under pressure. Terri also manages both digital and hard copy filing systems for several key executives, assists with travel arrangements, and schedules meetings and conference calls based on itineraries.
