Ilaria Grisoni has extensive work experience in the field of pharmacovigilance. Ilaria is currently the Executive Director and Head of EU/International PV & QPPV Office, EEA QPPV at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director and Head of EU/International PV Office & EEA QPPV at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from November 2020 to July 2021. From April 2018 to November 2020, they were the Senior Director and EEA QPPV at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Ilaria worked at Gentium SpA, where they held various roles including EEA QPPV from January 2015 to April 2016, Deputy EEA QPPV from September 2011 to January 2015, and Drug Safety Officer from October 2010 to September 2011. Ilaria began their career as a Junior Fellow at San Raffaele Biomedical Science Park from October 2006 to May 2008.

Ilaria Grisoni's education history begins in 1997 when they attended the Anglo-Continental School in Bournemouth for a General English course. In 1999, they studied General English at Melton College in York. In the year 2000, they enrolled in Phillips Academy - Andover, focusing on Environmental Science and Bioethics. In 2001, they briefly attended Anglia Polytechnic University at Cambridge in the United Kingdom, studying English Poetry. From 2002 to 2005, they pursued a degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnologies at Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele di Milano, earning a grade of 110/110. In 2006 and 2007, they participated in an Intensive Course for management and valorization of Academic and Industrial Research's Results at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they returned to Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele di Milano to specialize in Medical Cellular and Molecular Biotechnologies, again achieving a grade of 110/110.
