Mohan Upadhaya has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, with a focus on network engineering and systems administration. Mohan started their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Labat-Anderson Incorporated, providing computer and network support to over 300 employees. Mohan then moved on to Envision EMI, where they worked as a Systems Administrator, managing network infrastructure for 200+ users and leading projects such as domain upgrades and SSL VPN installations.

Upadhaya later joined Alion Science and Technology as a Senior Network Communication Tech, where they managed user accounts and permissions on Active Directory and implemented server consolidation projects using VMware ESXi. Mohan then moved on to CenterScope Technologies, Inc. as a Systems Administrator, taking on responsibilities such as managing IT operations, leading virtualization efforts, and managing a 3-tier application infrastructure on Rack Space dedicated cloud servers.
