Baley Brunell

Baley Brunell has a diverse work experience in the field of contract management and business operations. They started as a Contract Specialist at the U.S. Army Contracting Command in 2009, handling negotiations for large combat training systems. In 2013, Brunell moved to Kaman Aerospace Corporation as a Contracts Administrator, focusing on commercial aircraft manufacturing programs. At JEA, starting in 2015, they held various roles including Contract Specialist and Manager of Business Operations before becoming the Manager of Fleet Services and Business Operations. Currently, Brunell serves as the Director of Facilities and Fleet Services at JEA. Their experience highlights a strong background in contract negotiation, program management, and customer relationship management in both military and civilian sectors.

Baley Brunell completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at the University of Florida from 2005 to 2009. Baley then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Program Management at Mississippi State University, graduating between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they obtained a DAWIA Level III Contracting certification from the Defense Acquisition University in 2012.
