Bryan Wagoner has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the field of control systems, instrument and controls, and electronics. Bryan has worked at companies such as JEA, Anheuser-Busch, Seminole Electric Cooperative, American National Can Corporation, Michelin, and the US Navy. Wagoner's expertise includes PLC programming, plant control systems, and boiler controls. Their most recent role was as the Director of Water Operations & Treatment Support Services at JEA.

Bryan Wagoner completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University in 2019. Additionally, they graduated as a Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Electrical Operator from Nuclear Power School at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) in 1982.
