Prachana Chuklin

Prachana (Mac) Chuklin is an experienced Research and Development Manager at Jelly Belly Candy Company since May 2021, focusing on accelerating product development activities and driving COGS savings for the Thai manufacturing site. Previously, Prachana held the position of Regional Product Development Assistant Manager at Danone, where responsibilities included managing technical activities for business continuity in India and Southeast Asia. At Thai Union Group PCL, Prachana advanced from Global Sensory Program Coordinator to Global Product Development Assistant Section Manager, leading end-to-end new product development and overseeing technical deployments across multiple international factories. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Mahidol University International College.
