Melanie McCarty Schander, SHRM-SCP, is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Jet Health, Inc. Melanie previously held roles as an Employee Relations Partner at Gainwell Technologies, a Human Resources Analyst at HMS, and a Labor Relations Coordinator at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Before transitioning into HR, Melanie worked as a Legal Assistant at Bowman and Brooke. Melanie holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and Language from the University of Texas at Tyler.
