Mary Kohav has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Mary most recently served as the VP - Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) and Community Engagement at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Community Engagement at the same organization from June 2017 to March 2022. Mary also founded and served as the Managing Partner at Equicity, where they developed equitable and inclusive solutions for civic, business, and nonprofit organizations. Mary worked at BSC Management as the Director of PR & Marketing from March 2013 to June 2017. Mary was also a Management Supervisor at The Rogers Group in 2006 and Vice President at Lee Andrews Group from 2000 to 2006.

Mary Kohav has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from the University of Michigan. Mary also holds a Master's degree in Public Policy (MPP) from UCLA School of Public Affairs.
