Menachem Menchel (Manny)

Manny Menchel has an extensive work history, starting in 2006 as a Fellow in the Presidential Fellowship for University and Community Leadership at Yeshiva University. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the Executive Director of YUSSR. At the Ramaz School, Manny worked as the Director of Student Activities from 2009 to 2011, overseeing educational programming and teaching Jewish law and values. Menachem (Manny) then joined the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale, first as the Director of Youth Education and Programming from 2011 to 2014, and then as the Director of Education and Programming from 2014 to 2016. Manny then moved on to the William Davidson Foundation, where they held two roles: Program Officer for Jewish Education from 2017 to 2021, and Senior Program Officer for Jewish Life from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Manny is working as the Chief Impact Officer at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington starting from November 2022.
