Jay Kenney

Jay Kenney has extensive work experience in the social services sector. Jay served as the Chief Operating Officer at JSSA (Jewish Social Service Agency) from September 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief, Aging & Disability Services at Montgomery County Government for over 22 years, from April 1996 to September 2018. Jay also worked as an Associate Director of Social Work at The Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. from an unspecified start date to 1989.

Jay Kenney received their PhD in Social Work/Gerontology from The Catholic University of America, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
