As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind elevating our brand. You'll lead our online presence, crafting a seamless and engaging digital identity. With your creative flair, strong content-writing, and graphic design skills, you'll bring innovative ideas to life and help us grow. You'll collaborate closely with department heads to gather insights and direction for content, showcasing your talent and creativity.

What you’ll do:

Lead and Innovate: Develop dynamic marketing strategies and campaigns that make JMT Consultants Inc. a standout, trusted brand

Social Media Pro Manage and energize our social media accounts, creating engaging posts and successful ad campaigns that drive sales and leads

SEO Guru: Implement cutting-edge SEO techniques to boost our online presence and discover innovative branding opportunities

Vison Creator: Oversee the crafting of compelling video content to enhance engagement and elevate our digital footprint

Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of marketing trends, brainstorming dynamic and exciting ideas to the structural steel detailing industry

Financial Coordinator: Efficiently manage budgets, estimates, and contracts for advertising campaigns

Problem Solver: Tackle marketing challenges head-on, providing expert guidance to navigate and troubleshoot campaigns

Performance Analyst: Analyze customer feedback and campaign metrics, report to department heads, set KPIs, and track content performance

Must Haves:

• A diploma/certificate specializing in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• A combination of experience in Marketing, Communications, and Digital Content will be considered.
• Canadian Citizenship/legally able to work in Canada.
