Ravi Verma, MBA

Ravi Verma, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ravi started their career as a Junior Technician at JRNIT, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. There, they performed routine servicing and maintenance tasks and conducted quality control tests. Ravi then worked as an Implant Trainee at Air India Limited, where they oversaw maintenance activities, conducted inspections, and managed roistering and time cards.

After gaining experience in the aviation industry, Ravi transitioned to the IT sector as a Technical Support Engineer Jr. at iEnergizer. Ravi provided technical assistance to customers and resolved their issues. Ravi then joined CXC Solutions as a Claim Benefit Administrator, where they handled healthcare claims, reports, and rework for a US health care company.

Ravi's next role was as an Associate Recruiter at Rose International, where they managed a full-cycle recruitment process for various clients. Ravi identified top accounts, sourced talent, and analyzed skill sets to find the best candidates for middle to senior-level roles. Subsequently, Ravi worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at e-Solutions Inc., where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes, screened candidates, and utilized job sites like Monster and Indeed.

In 2018, Ravi joined Pinnacle Technology Pvt Ltd. as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter. Ravi'sresponsibilities included attracting, screening, and hiring allied healthcare professionals, maintaining contact with employees and referral sources, and ensuring candidates met hiring standards.

Ravi then transitioned into the role of an Innovation Specialist at endeavour. Ravi delivered sourcing expertise, trained peers and employees on sourcing strategies, and created innovative sourcing approaches to attract underrepresented talent. Currently, they hold the position of an Innovation Specialist at Job.com, focusing on US staff recruitment.

Throughout their career, Ravi has demonstrated strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills. Ravi is well-versed in recruitment tools, personnel management, and job site platforms. Ravi'sexperience spans industries such as aviation, IT, healthcare, and recruiting, enabling him to bring a diverse skill set to their work.

Ravi Verma, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Integral University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Ravi completed this degree program from 2021 to 2023.

Prior to their MBA, Ravi completed their Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India in Kolkata. Ravi pursued this degree from 2013 to 2018.

Furthermore, Ravi holds a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from IIAS in New Delhi, which they attained from 2007 to 2010. Before that, they completed their 10+2 education from JBIC in Ballia, specializing in Maths, from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they completed their 10th standard education from NGSVM in Ballia, focusing on Science, in 2003.

With respect to certifications, Ravi obtained a certification in Production Design & Analysis Tools CatiaV5 & HypermeshV10 from RVE Infotech in April 2013.
