David Wood

David Wood is currently the elected Director at John Lewis Partnership. Prior to this, they were the Head of Estates at Arcadia Group Ltd from April 2011 to May 2018. There, they were responsible for the group property strategy and leading the estates teams. David has also previously worked as the Head of Property at Swarovski UK & Eire from October 2009 to August 2010. There, they were responsible for all property matters relating to the UK & Eire business, including strategy compilation, acquisitions/disposals, contract negotiation, fit-out/re-fits, portfolio management, facilities/maintenance and H&S.

David Wood has a BA (hons) in Business Management & Strategy from The Manchester Metropolitan University and an HND in Business and Finance from North Tyneside College. David is also certified from RICS in MRICS.
