Tuf Gavaz

Tuf Gavaz is an experienced product leader currently serving as Head of Product at John Lewis Partnership since March 2023, focusing on enhancing personalization and customer engagement across various channels. Previously, Tuf Gavaz held the position of Head of Product at Moonpig, where successful revenue growth initiatives were executed through new product launches. Tuf Gavaz also contributed significantly at Selfridges as Head of Product Management, leading digital transformation and innovation efforts. As the CEO of The Fab Few, Tuf Gavaz founded a consultancy that delivered high-quality digital products. Tuf Gavaz’s early career includes roles at NOW as Delivery Manager and Innovation Lead, overseeing the development of 12 successful apps, and at Sky as Scrum Master, where impressive growth in the email service was achieved. Tuf Gavaz holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Cybernetics & Control Engineering from the University of Reading.
