Jennifer Fondon

Jennifer Fondon has a comprehensive work history in the healthcare industry. Jennifer began their career as a PI Coordinator at Ball Memorial Hospital in 1996 and worked there until 2008. Jennifer then joined DNV Healthcare as a Lead Surveyor and Lead Auditor ISO 9001 from 2008 to 2011. Jennifer then moved on to UMC Health System, where they served as Director of Performance Improvement from 2011 to 2016 and later became Vice President of Quality from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Quality Operations & Implementation at JPS Health Network, starting in 2021.

Jennifer Fondon has a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the California College of Health Science, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 1984 to 1986. Additionally, they hold a certification in CPHQ, which was obtained in 2007.
