Previous experience includes roles as HR Manager at Churchill China and Saica Flex, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy delivery, recruitment, and performance management. Sharon also has extensive experience in generalist HR roles and continues to enhance expertise through ongoing education in psychological studies.
