Emma Ancelle

Emma Ancelle has extensive work experience in HR and talent management. Emma has held various leadership positions in companies such as Ledger, Casper, LVMH, and Fendi. In their roles, they have been responsible for designing and implementing organizational structures, building HR teams, and defining HR processes. Emma has also managed HR budgets, led compensation reviews, and overseen talent acquisition and development. Emma has proven expertise in talent management, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and executive learning and development.

Emma Ancelle attended American University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. In 2000, they also briefly studied at Université Paris-Sorbonne, taking courses in French civilization.
