Benjamin Free's work experience is as follows:

1. Data Analyst at Propel, Inc since December 2022.

2. Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Evident Change from July 2021 to December 2022. In this role, they developed data pipelines, analytics, and visualizations for reporting used across 15+ states to evaluate and manage human service agencies. Benjamin also designed and implemented the organization's first cloud-based data pipelines in Azure, developed interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI, automated processes for generating custom CSV datasets, and created Python and SQL scripts for data migration and transformation.

3. Business Intelligence Developer at Evident Change from August 2018 to June 2021.

4. Business Analyst at Evident Change from July 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they managed operations in three state programs, including project management, consulting, client relations, and training. Benjamin successfully onboarded a state agency and increased usage of reporting, developed a development plan for federally mandated reports, acted as a liaison between agencies and developers, and conducted onsite training for agency staff.

Benjamin Free attended Beloit College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science.
