Vikram Sharma

Vikram Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Vikram is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Strides Pharma Science Limited, a global pharmaceutical company. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Commercial HR at Tata Motors, where they played a crucial role in the organization-wide transformation process. Before that, they worked as the Director of HR at Stryker, providing leadership and consulting support to the India Business Unit. Vikram also held positions such as HR Business Partner at DSM India Pvt. Ltd. and Assistant Manager of HR at Airtel - North Hub.
