Laura Jauniute

Laura Jauniute currently serves as the People & Culture Lead at FORMEL Skin, a HealthTech start-up focused on providing individualized medical treatments online, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was the HR Lead at Priceloop from October 2021 to April 2024, where collaboration with Co-Founders aimed to enhance employee and candidate experiences. Laura's career in talent acquisition began at Western Union as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and included positions at FREE NOW, where responsibilities focused on hiring within Product & Data teams, and at AIG and Lietuvos draudimas, AB, culminating in a comprehensive background in recruitment and human resources. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Communication from ISM University of Management and Economics.
