Jeneen Rippey

Jeneen Rippey has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Jeneen currently holds the position of Vice President of Quality at Joyson Safety Systems since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Global Quality at ZF Group from December 2017 to April 2020.

Before joining ZF Group, Jeneen worked at Cooper Standard where they held several roles, including Senior Director Global Operations Excellence, Senior Director North America Quality, and Quality Director North America Manufacturing between 2013 and 2018.

From 2012 to 2013, they worked as the Quality Director North America at Magneti Marelli. Before that, they had a long tenure with Visteon, starting as an Associate Director Quality and progressing through various roles such as Associate Director - Interiors / Lighting, Associate Director - Interiors / Asian OEM Quality, and Program Manager for Ford projects.

Jeneen began their career at Ford Motor Company in 1990 as an Engineering Coop Student. Jeneen later served in different roles, including Manufacturing Engineer and Product Design Engineer, with a primary focus on HVAC systems and heat exchangers.

Jeneen Rippey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Jeneen also has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree with a specialization in Polymers/Plastics from Kettering University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering (MSISE) degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Jeneen obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from Kettering University in 2005.
