Chen Zhang

Chen Zhang is a highly skilled User Experience Researcher with extensive experience across major organizations, currently serving as a Sr. User Experience Researcher at JPMorgan Chase since November 2024. Previously held similar roles at United Airlines and Alaska Airlines, as well as positions at EdPlus at Arizona State University and Première Agence de Microfinance in Madagascar.
