JSW Ventures is an early-stage institutional venture capital fund investing in technology companies building innovative solutions that leverage India's demographic dividend, consumption drivers, and technological advancements. It invests in companies that display product-market fit, uses technology to create sustainable differentiation resulting in market leadership and are capital efficient. 

The first fund was launched in 2016 and is now in its second fund journey of investing across pre-Series A, Series A and Series B stages. Portfolio companies include companies like Purplle, HomeLane, HealthPlix, and Zvolv. The second fund is investing across B2B and B2C platforms in Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Agriculture industries. The fund will also make investments in emerging Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies from India that service the global market. 

JSW Ventures aim to create a strategic partnership with portfolio companies that goes beyond mere capital infusion. The team of highly experienced professionals and distinguished advisory board across finance, healthcare, and legal domains provide extensive value add to portfolio companies in developing growth strategies, improving financial functions and building product roadmaps. The fund also provides support with hiring the right team, marketing assistance, media and outreach efforts, and fundraising for additional rounds. 

The fund is sponsored by the family office of the promoters of JSW Group and has multiple external investors including large institutions, family offices, HNIs and professionals
