Emna Chouk

Emna Chouk has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Emna currently holds the position of Head of People at Julaya, starting in March 2023.

Prior to their current role, Emna worked at Jumia Group for several years. Emna'sroles at Jumia Group include Head of HR Egypt from January 2021 to February 2023, Head of HR Tunisie & Algérie from January 2019 to December 2020, and HR Manager Tunisie from October 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Jumia Group, Emna worked at DATACOM Call Center as the Human Resources Training Development Manager from March 2016 to September 2017.

Emna also gained experience at SPB Group as the Head of Customer Service from May 2015 to February 2016.

Emna'searlier career includes roles at Mezzo, where they were a Training Manager from June 2012 to April 2015, and a Customer Service Specialist from November 2011 to May 2012.

Emna's career began at Transcom, where they served as a Customer Service Specialist for PayPal from November 2009 to October 2011.

Emna Chouk pursued their education at the Faculté des sciences de Tunis. From 2002 to 2005, they obtained a DEUPC degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2008, they completed their Maitrise degree in Mathematics at the same institution, the Faculté des sciences de Tunis.
